Delivery policy

This service is only available within Australia and New Zealand.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.

Goods ordered for delivery overseas may be subject to additional import charges upon arrival in your country. You are considered the importer of record and are responsible for the payment of any additional charges for customs clearance. We will arrange freight/shipping on your behalf and this is included in the price you pay for the goods.

Delivery fee Australia

We charge a non-refundable delivery fee of $10.00 AUD for orders under $50, and offer free delivery on orders on over $50.

You should receive your order within 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be sent an email informing you that your order has been dispatched.

Delivery fee New Zealand

We charge a non-refundable delivery fee of $7.50 NZD for orders under $50, and offer free delivery on orders on over $50.

You should receive your order within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be sent an email informing you that your order has been dispatched.

International customers

Online shopping is only available within Australia and New Zealand. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to other countries.


Returns

Online order refund policy

Pulp is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in its original condition (unworn with packaging/labels attached) within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will refund your purchase price using the original payment method. Pulp has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

How to return product

Please be aware you cannot return product purchased online to a Pulp store. You can return product by post to the Pulp Webstore providing all the terms and conditions of our refund policy have been met. Please return the product with the purchase confirmation letter as your proof of purchase. Please include a note stating you would like a refund.

We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel.

Pulp does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door.

Exchanging product

Please be aware you cannot exchange product purchased online. You can return product by post to the Pulp Webstore for a refund and place a new order online.

Faulty product

If you receive faulty or incorrect product, please contact us. Please quote your order number. We will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
